Beef, capsicum and red onion skewers

  1. To assemble the skewers, start by threading 1 piece of capsicum, followed by a cube of beef. Add another piece of capsicum, then a piece of onion, and another piece of beef. Repeat this pattern until there are three pieces of beef on each skewer.
  2. For the glaze, mix together the soy sauce, balsamic reduction, ginger, and garlic in a bowl.
  3. Preheat your grill to a high temperature. Drizzle a little oil over the skewers and season them with salt. Grill the skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side. Halfway through the cooking process, start brushing the skewers with the glaze.
  4. The skewers should take a total of about 7-8 minutes to cook through.
