Steamed savoury custard eggs

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 200ml (about 6.8 fl oz) chicken stock
- 1 tsp Maggi seasoning (or similar seasoning sauce)
- ½ tsp ground white pepper
- chilli crisps, for garnish
- small bunch of chives, finely sliced, for garnish
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, chicken stock, Maggi seasoning, and ground white pepper until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture into a heatproof dish. Place the dish in a steamer basket.
- Steam for 14 minutes. You can check for doneness by seeing if the custard is set but still slightly wobbly in the centre.
- Once steamed, remove the custard from the steamer and allow it to cool slightly.
- Garnish the top of the custard with chilli crisps and finely sliced chives.
