Tomato burrata salad

Ingredients
- 1.2 kg (about 2.6 lbs) mixed tomatoes
- flakey sea salt, to taste
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 balls of Burrata cheese
- fresh basil leaves, for garnishing
Directions
- Cut the tomatoes into various shapes and sizes. Season them well with 2 tablespoons of EVOO and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt.
- Arrange the seasoned tomatoes on a serving plate.
- Place the Burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the remaining 2 tablespoons of EVOO over the salad and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
