  1. To prepare the polenta, pour the chicken stock into a pan with a lid and bring it to a simmer.
  2. Once simmering, gradually add the polenta while stirring continuously. Cook for 3-4 minutes on high heat. Then, reduce the heat to low, cover the pan loosely, and continue cooking. Stir the mixture every 5-10 minutes, allowing it to cook for a total of 40-45 minutes.
  3. After the polenta is fully cooked, turn off the heat and cover the pan. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Just before serving, stir in the butter until it's fully incorporated and the polenta has a creamy texture.
