Ingredients
- 2 bunches of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- zest of 4 lemons
- juice of 1 lemon
- 4 cloves of garlic, finely grated
- a big pinch of flaky salt
Directions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Store the gremolata in the fridge until you're ready to serve it.
