  1. Start by mixing together the flour, sugar, warm water, yeast, yoghurt, salt, and a drizzle of olive oil in a mixing bowl.
  2. Once the dough starts to form into a ball, turn it out onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes or until it's smooth.
  3. Place the dough back into a greased bowl and cover with a tea towel for 30-40 minutes, or until it has doubled in size.
  4. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it onto an oiled surface. Cut the dough into 8 even pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a tight, smooth ball before rolling them out with a rolling pin.
  6. On one side, place some crushed garlic and sliced coriander, then flip and roll out once more to embed them into the dough.
  7. Cook the naan in a hot pan until bubbles form and it is golden brown on both sides. As soon as they're cooked, brush with some melted butter.
