Ingredients
- 4 corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 tbsp wattleseed
- 1 tsp mountain pepper
- 1 tsp lemon myrtle
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (392°F).
- Cut the corn into quarters (be careful, as the cobs are hard to cut through).
- Place the corn quarters into a bowl with the olive oil, salt, and spices (or any spices you wish).
- Toss well and place them onto an oiled tray.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
