I went to a crepe restaurant in Melbourne recently and remembered how much I love sweet and savoury crepes. Here's a recipe for the one of the best combos, banana and nutella crepes.

  1. To make the batter, add the eggs, milk, sugar, and salt to a bowl and whisk until combined.
  2. In a separate bowl, weigh out the flour. Gradually whisk the wet mixture into the flour until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Next, whisk in the melted butter.
  4. Place a non-stick pan over medium heat and brush a little butter on the pan. Pour in a ladle of batter and roll it around the pan to cover the surface.
  5. Cook for 30 seconds before adding Nutella and banana slices. Fold the crepe over and place it on a plate.
  6. Garnish with a dusting of icing sugar and serve!
