Grilled chicken drumsticks with fish sauce marinade

  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Add the chicken drumsticks and ensure they are well coated in the marinade. Cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high. Once hot, grill the chicken drumsticks for 16-20 minutes, turning every 2-3 minutes until they are nicely coloured and cooked through. Make sure you brush any remaining marinade onto the drumsticks.
  3. Let the chicken rest for 10 minutes and then enjoy!
