Roasted Acorn Squash Seeds

Ingredients
- Seeds from 1 to 2 Acorn Squash (approx. 1 cup)
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp Rumi Garam Masala
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Rinse seeds thoroughly and remove and attached strings from the squash.
- Place in a bowl and combine with olive oil, salt and Garam Masala.
- Distribute in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
- Roast approximately 15 minutes or until just starting to brown. Rotate and gently toss once while cooking.
- Remove from oven and cool before serving.
