Roasted Acorn Squash Seeds

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Rinse seeds thoroughly and remove and attached strings from the squash.
  3. Place in a bowl and combine with olive oil, salt and Garam Masala.
  4. Distribute in a single layer on a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  5. Roast approximately 15 minutes or until just starting to brown. Rotate and gently toss once while cooking.
  6. Remove from oven and cool before serving.
